Okumalar, geziler ve eskizler aracılığıyla İstanbul bağlamında gözlem, gözlemci ve gözlemlenen ilişkileri, ışık, detay, yer, hareket, katmanlılık ve melezleşme gibi konuları tartışacağız.

and we start... In this course, we will explore how we see, perceive, investigate the built and the natural environment and also explore forms of expressing thoughts through visual means. We will discuss issues such as the relationships between observation, observer and the observed, light, detail, place, movement, layers of the city and hybridity in the context of Istanbul.
